DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
As previously advised Mr. Karl Guy retires by rotation and is seeking re-election Mr. Mark Phillips retires by rotation and is seeking re-election.
When nominations closed on 25th August no further nominations had been received, removing the need for an election to be held at the Annual General Meeting.
The Directors have pleasure in advising shareholders that both Mr. Karl Guy and Mr. Mark Phillips will continue with us for another term
